Grief Therapy Workshops and Retreats
Workshops and retreats offer a healing and nurturing space to transcend fear and step into the love and light of our true self. In the healing arms of nature a calming and peaceful space is provided to release fully and wholly with nurturing assistance from facilitators who are skilled in the art of grief and healing. Every time we go through a transition or a change in our lives there is grief work to be done. We grieve for what we are leaving behind or emerging from even though this is a beautiful thing the shift requires acknowledgement and release. We can choose to do this with grace and ease or with resistance and fear.

Relaxing into the peace of being our true self, finding freedom in our expression is a releasing and beautifully healing experience. We do this through ceremony, ritual, music, art and language. Expression using various cathartic means provides a range of mediums that are able to offer something for everyone.
Retreats are run using local centers or are also brought to your area by request.
